Dump the debt on the bank division, then ride the payments division into the sunset. Just like they originally planned.
A spin off will make it harder to forensically show bad practices leading to the earnings propped up. Smoke and mirrors to generate FB wealth. Shareholders will profit only in short term until the house of cards collapses.
Two firms raised price targets to 180/185, yet there has been an increase in short sales. Company is aligning into two segments as of March 31, 2024 for 'reporting' purposes.
