SNP Care Management has been facing employee degrading/morale-su-king changes that include monitoring every click of the mouse with increased call monitoring and audits, advised now moving to audit anything said but not charted, making us less human and likely moving to just reading a script. Managers no longer oversee timekeeping and a crew started with full time jobs just to watch computer movement of the SNP teams; they receive our required reporting of anything over 5 min tardy. Managers may be the first to go. They were required to relinquish company cell phones and use their personal cell for Humana business. BB email yesterday included his fake sentiment (he uses to seem like he’s one of us) about mixed feelings of AI. Likely the joke is on the team hired to do WFM and they will be gone also as the rest of us. If you thought your nursing license was needed, check into hospitals who are testing out virtual RN admissions. The joke will really be on Humana when members decide their service has tanked… but aren’t they doing that on purpose also?

In answer to the original question. No you are not training them. these Bots were trained years ago and they are now 'learning' on their own.
I spent time in SNP and found it chaotic and ridiculous. They were supposed to be improving documentation and streamlining it. This was due to feedback re: associate stress levels and related attrition. Not seeing how the above WFM scrutiny is at all helpful.

100% on point here. Humana has had automation and AI for many years, but is really stepping up their game the last couple of years. 90% of the jobs posted are NON clinical in nature, which is very telling.
