Has anyone heard of any Lay Offs with Home Mortgage. There has been 1000’s of service released loans. Just wondering when the lay offs are going to begin? No one is talking and the California Collect Team are all remote.

Read the room. If you have little/no work compared to 2-3 years ago, especially if you are not in a Home Lending core or specialty market and currently remote, its coming and its just a matter of time. Please stop posting about California Collections every week.
No there’s a few hundred Mortgage Collection reps that work remote and with all the accounts that are being serviced we sit idle a lot but there hasn’t been any lay off’s but we all know it’s just a matter of time. No one seems to know when
