WHQ walkout demanding his resignation

I am not an organizer of any kind, but I am thinking if we don't have a voice within the firm, is it ok for us to we stage a walkout of some sort outside our campus, demanding his resignation. Can some one share your thoughts on if/how it can be done?

To the person that said “Don’t bite the hand that fed you”, first, employees are not dogs, second, if any - employees feed you with their hard work, you don’t feed them. You sit there and steal the fruits of their labor and claim that you feed them.

I wouldn't risk it. We have so few rights as employees in the US. If this was a union position, it would be a different conversation.

Keep your head down and apply for other opportunities. There are better companies out there.

@zxs - very good point. For me, that was the moment where I lost all respect for this company, and the current executives. The inconvenience to us parents was horrific… BUT what was taken from our children can not be forgiven.

I will work hard, and I will take the benefits. But it will take a lot of positive change before I speak positively of the Swoosh.

Don't bite the hand that feeds you. If you are not happy at Nike...move on.

Employee activism is d-mb. You’ll lose your job, potentially poison your network (leadership, not fellow peons), as well as future job opportunities.

There is no up side and only down sides. Our ELT & board don’t care what you think.

The one thing that does matter is what the market thinks. So if you want change continue speaking up bluntly and anonymously online about all the d-mb things our ELT has gotten up to.

When they closed the Child Development Centers 4000 people signed a petition to keep them open. Did they stay open?
