A very simple question. Who is making the management decisions? Not the Board, it is Charlie. The Board hired him hoping he could help the organization. But obviously, Charlie has been a big disappointment, he is not performing as expected. So stop deflecting Charlie's failure, it is his own.
The Board turned over almost as much as the C-Suite did, AFTER Schart was hired. It's nothing more than rubber stamp for his leftist cr-p.
