Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

RTO exit request

I am one of the remaining remote associates. I keep asking them when my expiration date will be in the All Hands meetings. It can't come soon enough.

1jqv+1rFjxi1y. Love fair weather friends. You are what is wrong with this world.
No guts, no gains.
Your postion was not that valuable then.
Some vital folks said to stuff it when asked to RTO. They are still remote with no end date, yet. So go have your thumb su-king tantrum and the remote folks will still be there to fix your F'ups!

I agree with the comment about no more remote jobs being advertised. The F@@kserv crew is deliberately frustrating staff to quit or position themselves for constructive discharge. Best thing for remote staff to do is start looking for employment elsewhere and don’t let these clowns use psychological warfare on you. The minute that starts get an attorney. There are several people who are talking about filing a class action lawsuit as well as going to main stream news outlets about the unethical practices.

Be careful, you may not have sympathy for the astronauts, but every time one leaves, someone else’s job gets harder. There are already BUs where the newbies are so lost without their support they will never hit the goals set by the corporate clowns. Most are in the situation they are due to prior management decisions to close offices and no longer have commutable distances to Fiserv real estate. Probably the plan all along. I suspect the majority are also senior so will miss out on the merit increase according to comments here. Yet another straw for many.

WFH days are numbered. And honestly I don’t have a lot of sympathy for astronauts as the rest of us have to go to an office and a lot of folks who WFH’d for years were brutally cut so tell me why should you get special treatment?

WFH is allowed, for some.

There does not seem to be any more remote positions advertised on the corporate website. It appears the company is hoping to frustrate the he-l out of employees so they quit or ultimately the company will terminate staff. With Sapience software being deployed on multiple CCO units the inept management will begin to build cases for constructive discharge. The funny thing is their time is just as limited but most of them feel that their role is protected.
