You allocated $1B to severe employees based on a location strategy that has been in the works for months if not years. How hard is it to spell out to the lowly worker bees by LOB exactly what you have in mind?
While you may save a bit in severance cost, what about those highly skilled workers that have had it with the games you all play in your out of touch towers? Sure you can find a body in India for 1/4 the price but how many will it take to replace the knowledge of the highly skilled.
Show us you got a pair and lay out the plan for crying out loud. I know it is difficult for you upper crusts to comprehend that not everyone has a $25 million salary.
