Today was a very sad day at Fiserv. An email was sent on behalf of the Client Care Organization indicating how Sapience has been successfully implemented in various CCO groups. This signals that the termination process will begin in the months ahead.

I had hoped laws would catch up with this. It’s only a matter of time before people start to breakdown. I am so exhausted by this. As I would imagine they want me to be.
There is a process for it, and it's not hard to find it in task manager or using tools like powershell.
Additionally, it is my understanding that anyone who has it can log in to the site for it. My directs log in to it weekly to see what has been reported.
Look inside task manager, you'll see leaf service running, it's the new sapience from 1984.
That’s just a level of controlling that’s Orwellian. Did they advice you if it? I’ve had a search in Fuel but the link up the analytics won’t let me log in. I’m in a European office though. Maybe not rolled out yet. I’m just so tired of all of this.
You won’t see it on your machine as there is no icon or process. Analytics has been sending emails starting about 2 months ago with the link to the reporting website so you can see how much time you waste
That sounds draconian. I haven’t seen it on my machine but there’s no way to make a full 8 hits without ignoring everyone, barely going to the bathroom etc. Alarming move. The old one was bad enough.
Yes it is new for our team.
I was not aware that Sapience was ever installed on my machine. Yesterday it was announced that different CCO units were having the software deployed on the machines. Why did they wait all these years to do this? Also, why don’t they just start to terminate people now. If they plan to do any psychological warfare games, they will have a rude awakening.
This is NOT the Sapience that was installed a few years ago. This new Sapience aka leaf is web based and details every single thing you do down to the second.
That app has been on US laptops for sometime. It was pushed out at least a year ago, maybe a little more.
I’ve had Sapience on my machine for nearly 4 years now in Europe. Is it new in the US or something?
