This company has been damaged, squeezed, ruined by the arrogant co-----cker French. If you stand for de-industrialization of America, then work here. Trump will disincentivize the he-l out of the company as soon as he hears all the LCC, BCC bullsh-t.

The globalist marxists are taking our livelihoods away from us and replacing us with the third world. Its time to wake up folks. The America you knew and grew up in is being destroyed and stolen from you.

Another sad day for Detroit. Quietly we are being sacked because we cost to much money, is the excuse. LCC is out of the bag

They say "we win together", they sent 20 email asking us to complete the survey because it is in middle management goals.
This company is really poorly manged, looking at the quality of work coming from India, lots of problems are heading your way dear management!
Good luck!
I am looking for my next RAV4 at this point!

They raise prices and now don’t want to cut stickers, double down on failing EV consumers say no and we get cut people. All part of plan to gut NA. Greed is out of control here and other public companies! CEO gets pay raise to 39.5 million in 2023.

SWX was on hiring frenzy and hired crazy number of people. Too many people doing too little.

PSA doesn't make any money yet they have all the high management positions. NA had one C level manager and he left. His position Was given to a Mexican who doesn't know sh-t. Merging with PSA was the biggest mistake.

In case you haven't noticed, they've been backing up all data year round so deleting will have no impact cuz it can just be recovered again. All these french ppl are su-king American jobs dry despite them saying in the townhall there wont be any cuts in NA

Those Laid of should strike at HQ. Those not laid off should support strike.

Enough is enough!

Got the message to stay home, but haven't seen any meeting invite yet. Hoping for the best. There aren't that many US workers in my part of the organization.

Now this is a story all about how
My life got flipped, turned upside down
And I'd like to take a minute
Just sit right there
I'll tell you how I became the prince of a town called Bel-Air
In West Philadelphia born and raised
On the playground was where I spent most of my days
Chillin' out, maxin, ' relaxin' all cool
And all shootin' some b-ball outside of the school
When a couple of guys who were up to no good
Started making trouble in my neighborhood
I got in one little fight and my mom got scared
And said, "You're movin' with your auntie and uncle in Bel-Air"
I begged and pleaded with her day after day
But she packed my suitcase and sent me on my way
She gave me a kiss and then she gave me my ticket
I put my Walkman on and said, "I might as well kick it"
First class, yo this is bad
Drinking orange juice out of a champagne glass
Is this what the people of Bel-Air living like?
Hmm, this might be alright
But wait I hear they're prissy, bourgeois and all that
Is this the type of place that they should send this cool cat?
I don't think so, I'll see when I get there
I hope they're prepared for the prince of Bel-Air
Well, uh, the plane landed and when I came out
There was a dude looked like a cop standing there with my name out
I ain't tryna get arrested yet, I just got here
I sprang with the quickness like lightning, disappeared
I whistled for a cab and when it came near
The license plate said "fresh" and it had dice in the mirror
If anything I could say that this cab was rare
But I thought, "Nah, forget it, yo, holmes, to Bel-Air"
I pulled up to a house about seven or eight
And I yelled to the cabbie, "Yo, holmes, smell ya later"
Looked at my kingdom, I was finally there
To sit on my throne as the Prince of Bel-Air

Guys they sending our jobs to India and Mexico and we say nothing!!!!!!!
In a real country your government would be asking questions.
Our government is busy in Ukraine starting WWIII and ki-ling 3 years old kids and women in Gaza.
So I think losing our jobs is fair and more is coming !
Look how Italy government pushing against job cuts! Our gov is doing nothing !!!

Sorry to all the people who are about to be French Fried

It's su-ks, but hopefully you can find work at a company that makes products you'd want to buy. The way Tavares is gutting the US while designing far more complex product and far more diversity than ever is beyond baffling.

He will walk away holding bags and bags of cash so he probably doesn't care but he needs to leave soon before it comes crashing down. The Corp is just about done with the decent legacy products and its all about to be LCC and half staff engineered garbage.

I have to ask about the 7:30 8:00 and 930 meetings. I was confused if 930 was also a layoff meeting too.

There's 3 sets of meetings from my director (Body). One at 7:30am to tell the managers who in their group is leaving, 8am for those who are laid off, and 9:30 for everyone else. I can tell from looking at calendars that 2 people in my group will be laid off tomorrow, and we are already dangerously short staffed.

Got the meeting invite for 9am tomorrow. But it's a whole 1 hour meeting. I guess there's a lot more people in the meeting that needs 60 mins to elaborate how you get fired(f**ked). It looks 2 of my team got cut who are both less senior than the rest. So if you work less years in the company than your colleagues. You'd be getting worried.

Who are invited to those meetings? Just the managers and employees?

heard the same. Rumors say more than 1000 will be laid off. The department I’m in can cut 50%. My colleagues all received a 30 minute invitation. About 50% at 9am. The others at 10am. Not sure which part will have the bad luck.

It's across all engineering & tech, not just SWX. The worst part is that none of the DRs (lowest level managers) seem to know ANYTHING. This isn't going to be based on the technical needs of the company. None of the choices of who is laid off are going to be made by anyone in engineering management.
