Any V-Teamers that work in S. Florida notice a drastic increase of pressure to hit unrealistic goals as of late?
Seems as if we are all getting harrassed.
Feel free to provide your insight

Everything is always under scrutiny especially when your Sr. Director just comes to your stores to post on instagram. He has to make it look like boots are on the ground, and that you’re actually moving the needle! He’s been quiet lately so he might gearing up to take the summer off, and post gym selfies everyday while we bust our a-s.
Reps are putting in store addresses to sell to customers and they are bringing them back in less than a week! I have also witnessed a rep selling VHI with an address they sold to in a prior address that qualified
Its the same sad story in VGS - we don't need 2 directors - or all these Managers/.Associate Directors. Tons of the RE is for sale -- its a party, we were told to visit small sales locations once a year and large admin buildings three times a year -- the rest of the time I can hang out at home. Just cruising -- no director engagement --- only leaves his house when its time to check a box. Too much fat and lots of room to slim down. Hopefully sooner than later too many people past retirement age that need to go
for all I know... hey who am I to speak on such a matter as I am only 9 years with Big Red in the S. FLORIDA district....
mulitple times I have witnessed:
How did I manage to stay here so long? JUST KEEP TO MY SELF AND STAY QUIET
Stores are money pits and liabilities ridden with theft. Not sure why they exist.
Sr directors are not needed. Absorbent salaries, remedial conversationist, renting BMWs for travel. They do not serve a purpose for the company- it can be downsized and that’s where the chopping block should be positioned first. He-l, pilot it in a territory and watch the results. I guarantee that Verizon does not skip a beat. Long term success starts with this sort of stuff.
The large interest rates are weighing heavily on big red's existing debt. They need money like never before right now. Also the company is heavily overstaffed, and we need to slim down. What better way than attrition?
It's true, just look at the staffing trend since Hans began. Stratton should have been our guy.
VZ needs money everyone is under severe
scrutiny.
