Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Hint hint hint

One of the most annoying things about working at WF is the constant effort to figure things out by observation. Put clues together, notice patterns and try to stay on top of things.

In the past there would at least be anchors, something you could focus around when establishing your body of work, developing improvements, identifying skills training, etc.

As an example, lately every important meeting has been scheduled between 5:30am-7:30am, which is well before my start time.

This 100% has boxed me out. I could change my work schedule and adapt personal things in my life to honor thy employer's silent wishes, but the incentives offered at WF and the related burden on me are completely out of balance.

It's not that things were great before, but wow, my work queue is crystal clear.

Taking this as a big hint for sure, WF.

one of my biggest greviences is peoples inability to figure things out and the need to be handheld and spoon fed everything. Even when I provide general guidance there is all kinds of back and forth because of the inability of people to think critically.
