Thread regarding Capital One layoffs

Can you get your 60 day pay and work another job?

Got PIP’d. Taking the package instead. Found out I’ll be receiving regular pay for 60 days, followed by 12 weeks lump payout after that ends. If I get another job during the 60 days, do I have to notify Cap One I have another job? Or could I collect pay from both? I did find out if you get another job during that time, you’ll still get your lump sum payout but wasn’t sure about the regular pay for 60 days.

Quizzicallypuzzled Just wondering if there’s anyway they could find out and if I’d lose the 60 day pay or lump sum payout. I know you’re “supposed to” let them know you’ve taken another role…

Even if you use them as a reference, it is all automated.

Why tell them anything? Seriously why is this question asked so often.

Do not tell anything work your new job and get your lump sum. What are they gonna do to you?
