You are lazy and entitled.

You’re thinking of management.

To all you Quiet Quitters…,,,go ahead and quit!!

You missed the point. We DID quit, we just keep collecting our paychecks. Your management is too incompetent to know the difference.

Do your JOB! Stop whining. And the job market is horrible especially if you are over 45.

Is it me or is every role being converted to sales and referrals focused?

The U.S. unemployment rate is 3.7%, nearly a historic low.

Narrator: Historic part-time job growth.

@1jmo+1rCiIG9K Agree there are many opportunities out there; however, if someone is trying to stay in traditional Commercial Banking honestly there aren't a ton of opportunities. Fed is still in 'restrictive' territory and of the banks hiring many of the decent roles have a ton of apps. Just saying. But yes I agree with you that in the 'overall' market there are a lot of opportunities. Just have to be willing to look in other industries etc. :)

The U.S. unemployment rate is 3.7%, nearly a historic low. Unless there is something special about your boss or your employer, there’s no reason to be particularly grateful for your job at Truist. There are many opportunities out there.

You need to do the job you are paid to do and quit with the whining. So sad you have a job that puts a roof over your head and food on the table. Typical entitled generation lamenting.

Been since summer. And somehow received the same overall rating on my annual review as the year prior -- when I was working 3x harder. ...Classic Truist. Up is down and down is up.
