I did not get a raise either!!! I say every new job is an adventure but Fiserv is fn he-l!
Raises are only 2-3% if yer lucky. Factor in inflation and it's like (-)2-6+ every year.
@2xke+1rC9bpuv... A restricted stock unit (RSU) is stock-based compensation issued by an employer. A vesting period exists before the RSU converts to actual common stock. Until then, it has no monetary worth. Once the RSU converts to stock, the stockholder may pay taxes on its value.
What is RSU?
What a big surprise!! NOT.
10 and under here and no raise only rsu such as crock!
RSU is a joke
@1hwf+1rC9bpuv
That is exactly what happened to me! They gave me RSU's right after they gave me a 'date'. I will never see those RSU's!!! A lot of wasted time awarding them and then trashing them!
Associates are not their most important asset…highest stock ever and total greed
I guess they will offer just RSU without pay rise and before they are fully vested they will get rid of you.
But Frank is still getting his 6? Omg. I worked crazy hours and not getting jack. Yep. Good luck Fiserv covering my stuff. Now much less coming from me.
If this is true then how does it square with the whole “we need y’all to do more in 24” thing? In any situation if you want to get more you have to pay more.
If raises are starting with 10 and below does that imply 11 and up would get a raise in a separate pay period or are raises only going to 10 and below? Seems kind of unreal given the stock price and the reported success last year.
Hire hire hire… now rif rif rif…the new hires will soon see the pattern of life here. Don’t get stuck here.
I know the email says starting merit based process with grade 10 and below, but this is such an amazing level of cr-p. Yes, for decades, we have dumped on our long serving associates and paid them poorly. They deserve much more... but 3 % is going to help how? All this will do is help us all make the easy decision to move on. Good luck getting my team to cover my 80 hour weeks.
Oh no! That would lower your expected compensation by 2%!
Agreed and I will be one of them if that really is the case. This would put a big hurt on things however this company doesn't seem to care about that.
Whispers that those who received incentive are not going to get merit increases. Wow if that’s the case. Just another way to force people to quit.
We'll see, nothing communicated so far in our area. Should that end up being the case then we know something is coming since the stock is up.
ROFL
What about associates, us minions manning the Titanic?
It's a tough break but for those of us that accumulated stock over the years, it's paying off for us.
Pay raises? That's cute.
Who cares. In 4 weeks I'm out of a job. So no pay raise here
