Makes zero sense the money they are spending on concrete to the Lincoln campus rather than keeping tenured in office employees. The replacement isn’t even necessary. D-mb decisions by d-mb leaders.

Thought the same. Guessing they needed some write-offs. Tearing out a lot of concrete for Minor cracks. Look for the pink spray paint...how did they decide what needed replaced, just ridiculous on most areas that they marked.....they are going to be at it a while. Also love how the jackhammers shake the buildings, next up will be repairing drywall and foundation cracks. Just shows how much they value everything else ahead of rewarding the hard working employees.
You'll know when they're ready to sell the building when they invest in landscaping, painting the wall, new carpet, and fixing the parking lot, and the for sale sings in the lawn come 2026 will be a dead giveaway.
Concrete repairs will help with resale values in a couple years.
