Someone posted that they heard Phase 2 was going down in NA first week of April…sooner than I had heard. Anyone else hearing this?

20%?? Dang. NA has a lot of problems but I hope that leaders/Global have taken a long hard look at themselves and are honest about where goes can move faster and more effectively than they can.
