Y'all were WFH before covid when the company was failing. Of course the wasn't you back in the office. Something g has to change or the company will go bankrupt.

work life balance=going to work to get paid so you can have money to have a life.

not enjoying life while working from home, ie going to the beach, shopping, cooking dinner, babysitting kids, etc on company time. thats basically theft.

For T management employees required to now go to the office 5 days a week (that were WFH BEFORE Covid) PLUS must also be available 24x7.
