I have received offer from Nike for Product manager, TC is 236,000 which is 40k more than my current job. Should I join it? I heard lots of layoffs are happening.

Layoffs and everything aside. Factor in relocation cost and higher taxes and higher expenses of OR ( if you are outside of OR) Also know that there will be waves of layoffs at Nike in the next 3 years
