Hopefully it’s to announce that they’re brining in more failed ex amazon product designers/execs to bolster our culture and “excellence”.
TVM group, all 19,465 strong are invited. I think the announcement is about our group expanding.
It's the Autonomous/ADAS organization. If you work at Ford and have access to Outlook it doesn't take much skill to figure it out. Oh wait, if you work at Ford and are anything like the new hires I've run into ... never mind ;-)
He is resigning to go work for Uber Eats? We can only hope.

Apparently he has reconsidered the RTO mandate. The 3 day is too difficult to manage so it will be all or nothing. As in, 5 days in office or you have no job to work at home with.
It will be to give the all clear that the layoffs are done which are starting tomorrow

Not happy with 30% compliance in RTO.

That’s right after an all-hands less than one week ago. If there’s such an urgent news to share, I can see no good coming from this one.
I expect DF to reiterate that we must stay on-plan with Ford+ transformation. Which as you know is moving to modern mobility with software, data, and subscription-based services as our prime corporate pillar. Possible a minor reorganization to improve our alignment to the plan.
I always look forward to DF speaking to the team.
Will he admit that he has been selling a vision of the future that he knew perfectly well was never going to come to pass?
And now after having squandered billions of dollars he will reorg and cut half the US staff?
Of course he won’t but wouldn’t it be refreshing to hear truths spoken at an all hands meeting?
