Upper leadership must be held to performance standards and coached out if they are not meeting goals and performance metrics. 2023 was a hard year, but it didn’t have to be. Brice and EVERY last one of the reports two levels below him need to go. No severance, no stock options. Nada!

The VP in my division was forced out. This is the most shocking thing I've seen happen even though I myself was also laid off.

Life isn’t fair. The rules that apply to them don’t apply to you or me. That’s how the game gets played. We are pawns on a chessboard.

The first thing is we need real leadership.
The pipeline is filled with non-leaders who have neither the education or the smarts to compete.
Ditch 40% of management at all levels and get a few competent outsiders hired.
