Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Do you really trust this company to handle your money?

They can't even count heads let alone beans. I hear they are short spots in the new corp HQ in Mke. Too many 'new' hires and not enough space. Have they even moved in yet? Just another example of the short sightedness of this current regime. Can you name one plan, project, or change this current company has made that hasn't had any issues? Didn't think so.

I wouldn't trust them to shine my shoes.

Your chairs are still in Sioux Falls. There are hundreds of chairs ready to go. But you will have to wait until April 11th until all chairs are freed up.

I am beginning to think FB wants a work environment similar to the one in the 1987 Wall Street movie. Where there are tons of people packed together working on a trading floor. No personal space or boundaries. Maybe that is the ‘collaboration’ he envisions.

Otherwise, it makes no sense to make people move to a new MKE location that does not have enough desk space.

Haven’t moved yet, yes there are shortages. Hopes of a smooth (ish) transition and exciting new digs are dwindling.

New HQ is short some 50 seats for current employees moving from the Brookfield building and we haven't even moved yet. But yet we are supposed to add like 275 more people over 4 years to get the tax breaks from the state and city. So if we already don't have the seats, where are the new hires going to go sit? This is just another BH design disaster in the making. Can't wait to sit in an over crowded, extremely loud, lack of privacy or personal space rat farm. Another horrible choice by horrible leadership.
