Thread regarding Nike Inc. layoffs

Pattern

The pattern or criteria in GT thus far appears to be based on:

  1. Hired by the RAT
  2. Age

And not necessarily in that order.

If you're implying ageism, I beg to differ. It's rare you're going to see a VP in his/her 20's or 30's. So a bunch of VP being laid off will mean a bunch of people in their 40's, 50's, and 60's getting laid off.

If you nodded in approval and knowing understanding whenever you heard a DEI talking point, you have no right to be upset if you get sacked for identitarian reasons.

You earned your own misery.

If age a pattern, it will b even bigger brand damaging move. Every 6 months company mandates training on DEI and uncautious bias etc. and boasts about it.
