It's sad that there are so many people that would rather be rif'd than one of the associates "left behind". What does that say about the company itself....

I've got a standing offer with a direct competitor. Getting RIFd would be nothing more than a nice payday and a kick in the pants to get my career going again.
Then our LOB must be the loud majority.
eh, just a loud minority. Everyone I know is happy to still be here and ready to rock and roll.
