The email specifically lists those departments that do not have reduction. Does it mean NSRL or innovation might be impacted again?

I was told that Innovation already went through this process in December so they shouldn't expect more. Unless you're a team that dotted lines into Innovation, then it's unclear.
They did say they were doubling down on innovation so…
