Making me travel to shitholes every week just to get yelled at for not getting enough done. How am I supposed to accomplish anything if I’m on the road babysitting every week?

you cut say NO to travel, unless you are a Newby.
Sounds like a floater or a floating tech. I agree, too many messes to clean up and no real solutions. I have one.. stop cutting hours. Run the pharmacy like a mfr company with fixed shifts and hours. Cut prices and offer better sales. Do better than minute clinics. Think big, run a bigger Healthcare model with hospitals and quality employees not just anyone who breathes.
I escaped after 25 years. Do what you need to do to live well, not just survive.
