After these 2 rounds are done, we’re looking at months or years of cleaning up the damage, doing more with less. I’ve been through this 3 times in my tenure. It’s exhausting.
If I survive these rounds but my job changes or we’re consolidated with another team, can I request severance instead? Would the terms be the same as those already on the list?

Does anyone have any volunteer severance stories? Looking to volunteer as well but not sure if they will engage.
2 reorgs in 3 years and continues hasty departmental cuts and consistent layoffs, under the same CEO who has had the job for since jan/2020 ... yeah great track record. I could have done that for like $100k vs $25m
Why is the idea that people are sick of layoffs or the direction of nike in general a foreign concept? Like going through layoffs 3 times isn't really regular. Especially for a company that should be a lot more stable than it is. This shows a very clear mismanagement at the head, not a response to market elasticity or role automation. Its pi-s poor leadership.
Don't worry, I am willing to trade my severance with your job if I get laid off.
