You tried to make yourself and your incompetent LT look better by stating 2% of layoffs by including those that won't be affected in the total workforce. In reality, its like 10% for corporate workers.

The 1600 in layoffs is using the 2% on 83,000 employees. If the target is really corporate, specifically HQ then that is 1200/12000 employees this =10% math's out.
