Pretty anemic raise

My raise this year was pretty anemic. Well below COLA of even Social Security recipients. Couple that with the far lower AIP, and, well... this su-ks.

However, I keep my finger on the pulse of the job market (on Reddit) and pretty universally people are saying this is worse than 2008's job market... so I guess I should be grateful I have a job at all.

The last one was supposed to read “2.5.” Not sure why it added the extra spaces.

  1. 5% here for a upper end of full rating. Got a North STAR in the Fall, did several stretch projects and oriented three new people. Was told I’m at the top of the pay scale for my role. Hogwash.

I got 2.38% which I'm reading is less than the company average... and that's for good performance in a profitable division....

Associates that were considered too new to rate or inconsistent normally don’t qualify for a raise. If they didn’t get an increase with compensation planning, they are still getting 2%

I thought we were getting an extra 2% raise plus $250 towards our bonus this year. Why are some people saying they only received a 2% raise????

My raise was 4% but AIP was sad.

I concur. I doubt that God Himself would have gotten a decent raise this year. Last 2 years I've gotten next to nothing while being told my performance is great and being asked to do more. I’m over this sleazy company.
