And the two phase thing ?? I imagine people will not love sitting around waiting to see if they get fired. This CEO is all about the numbers. You can tell. He cuts, slashes and does whatever. I’m not sure who his analyst(s) are but they need to factors in other assumptions besides FTExSalaryxPOh = x. The lost productivity you are going to see the next three months is going to be insane. That being said if you need to flatten management then do it. I get it… but over the course of three months what and assssssss

My guess is they're announcing it will go on through q4 purposely to get people so stressed and angry they leave on their own, thus saving Nike those 'final costs'...
