- They did the old bait and switch by letting everyone think it was wonderful that leaders could increase bonuses a bit, however they took away leadership's ability to choose the increase
- They announced with excitment the 109% bonus structure, because they had already decided to lower % increases
- They are no longer called merit increases, just base pay to justify the low number
- They are hoping employees will leave in their own out of disgust, so they can lower the RIFs and therefore lower severance amounts
- Dont worry Hans, Kyle, Sampath and the rest will get their 8 mil plus and increases
