Nope.
I did it in 2021. Had been at Nike more than 20 years. Networked to find a trustworthy VP in HR (not easy to do) in order to do so. It’s super rare but technically is possible.

Do you mean if it is possible to be volunteer for layoff? If that is an option, I am happy to volunteer.
One of my prior colleague did this successfully. Nike didn’t have large scale layoff at that time.
