Why would you dump half or more of departments that are already struggling to keep up worth the job????
Offshore can’t do the job right and now that the department was riffed we can’t correct all their mistakes it’s going to be an audit nightmare!!

I wouldn’t doubt for a second that my manager walks off the job this is a heart attack waiting to happen.
Sorry for everyone that lost their jobs and needing new employment.
Equally sorry for all the Truist minions left to struggle in this sad work environment.

ML Operations su-ks under the current SRVP and VP that are in place. The SRVP leads by fear and throws full on adult temper tantrums when he doesn't get his way and the Manger under him is an absolute coward and doesn't take up for her direct reports. She's been beaten into submission over the last four years. Those that were rif'd this week are expected to stay on until mid-march to train others how to do their jobs once they're gone....

Don't think there will be a Truist 3.0, unless you want to call it - "Truist Banking, a subsidiary of PNC/BOA/WF"

Time to wake up and see what is happening to our economy and our country. Banks have been given their orders and they are implementing them.
