I wish leadership would say something already...the vibe at work this week is wayyy off because everyone can sense something is about to happen. Every meeting we walk to or leave everyone is asking what's the latest on layoffs. Can they at least make a statement?
For what it's worth, the rumors on our team are that there's an announcement this week about WFH next week, and that week of 2.19 is when layoffs will begin.
Only VPs know the people, depth of cuts and timing. Your "senior director" and/or "director" won't know themselves until day of the axe......
If the rumor is true of the week of the 19th and comments in here suggest things already got under way today for some Orgs. I suspect we’ll hear from Leadership sometime the week of the 26th as an AEM or lengthy email of details saying how we appreciate the team members lost and move forward plan….etc.

The ELT are cowards. Morale and productivity are completely shot at this point. It's going to take a lot to bring back any energy this fiscal.
