How many folks are moving?

This is non-official survey . . . how many people have heard of folks willing to "follow the work" to the new location? I am on a team of about 10 folks and only 1 of us (L3) is going to move.

Half of my team of 20 is moving. My house goes on the market next week.

I know people who said they move since it was 12 months out. But they are actively looking for a job in the area. Not sure what they do if if it gets to 3 months out and they have not found anything yet.

"Dont buy the bs of some saying they will move and hoping it changes."

The individual in my group is not quite ready for retirement so she needs a couple more years of income before she retires, but she does not have any kids still in school to keep her in the current location. She knows the risk of being let go anyway, so she is not buy in the hub or selling her home in her current location.

I’m hearing over 70% loss from some groups. This was coming from someone that knows the counts.

Dont buy the bs of some saying they will move and hoping it changes. That same org had similar stories, but when move day came, those folks got let go when they didn’t move. No severance. Don’t let that happen to you. Tell them no; otherwise you will get terminated with no severance. Only chance any of us have is if we all say no.
