Can we expect more layoffs?

IT layoffs are coming again in smaller numbers for departments whose applications and products are not adding value.

Yes more layoffs will be announced. Those that keep talking about dead weight do not seem to be impacted but there are a significant number of good hard working associates throughout the organization that are impacted. Little support and unrealistic KPIs are ahead.
Bear isn’t winning any popularity contests here. We do have excess fat and dead weight but those people seem to get ahead here at Humana and never seem to be impacted by layoffs. We don’t need a layoff getting rid of good people.
I am not sure about other departments, but nurse lay offs were already announced and coming by the end of the month. Blessings to all those affected.
I sure hope so. As long as we have dead weights and excessive fat, we need the layoffs to continue.
With people spending all day in meetings, obviously we need to trim some fat
