I asked HR years ago about the frontline CSR starting pay for a friend, at the time it was mid 40's. maybe $44k... but that was a couple of years ago. But I haven't seen any internal CS Rep job postings since they've been pushing everything to the outsourced vendors.

Glassdoor shows 22k and indeed 20k for csr in Philippines. Not sure how many hours they work so you’ll need to figure that part out on your own.
