After 25+ years MCI/Verizon I recently moved to HCL. The whole process has been a disaster. HCL leadership, especially the abrupt HR leader doesn’t communicate, the VZN Global Operations leaders who went across are MIA, lost focus on customers and employees. AH calls are a waste of time, just an opportunity for VZN leadership to try and convince themselves and everyone else that they are doing a good job! Lots of Payroll and 401k issues, no answers, just confusion and no support from VZN leadership, they should be ashamed of themselves! Employees talk, many of us agree things need to change, they are past expiration dates. Bring in new leadership!
