How do benefits work with a RIF? Are you able to keep benefits while collecting severance or do they stop at end of 60 day notice? Is severance paid biweekly or lump sum? Are you able to collect unemployment while getting severance?

If you find a job within Humana before your severance date ends, severance will stop when you return to work.
If you find a job outside Humana, severance will continue until your severance end date.
If you find a job before severance runs out, does the severance stop or you get it not matter when you get other employment?
Health, dental and vision continue through the severance period. You are paid bi weekly. Your life insurance, short and long term disability, 401 k match stop at the end of 60 day notice period .
