Have any other Fiserv locations been denied Wellness Days after they were given their 60-day notice?

No, I took the last 2 weeks of 2023 off like usual as Nothing happens with no CC's.
I officially took off days in 2024 and unofficially did as well.
Needed to get stuff done before the end date.
I realized why they do well-being days vs all PTO when I was laid off. They don't have to pay you for your well-being days. Glad to be gone from that pit..
That's a bit of a mixed message. "We need you...but we don't need you."
If they are not going to let you take the time off that you have, just call in sick. Trying to schedule the time you HAVE off around the rules you've always had for the department was a piece of mercy they don't deserve if they are going to deny you for no reason.
So someone wants to be a Dbag, fine. You call in sick, done and done, there is no approval.
Absolutely not. That must be only your immediate manager doing that. i didn't think they even had to option to deny. Its those folks with unlimited that are really getting hosed, because they don't get paid out for anything. which is probably why they made so many of them unlimited.
