- How can morale improve without a complete overhaul of Executive Management? Board fires Billy Bob (and others) and brings in a proven leader to instill confidence for all teammates with a plan to overhaul the entire system.
- Sinking ship continues and we continue making difficult decisions needed to set ourselves up for a potential sale within 1-2 years (ie. US Bank, PNC, etc.)
Bonus Question: Considering the terrible reputation that we have garnered in the industry, how in the world can we attract new talent? Most of the top performers have bounced. How do we replace them?
