Still Waiting?

Haven’t received an off cycle paycheck, am missing most of my pay since the transition to INFOR. I called, then my manager called and received same answer, will put me on the waiting list, they are trying to figure it out. If something doesn’t happen soon, I’m filing a complaint with the Department of Labor. I have now worked 3 weeks with very little compensation, it only picked up Christmas as holiday pay.

We didn’t ask for this change and shame on them for not working the bugs out, typical!
I know several others in the same situation, wonder if former employees are also victims on their severance?

Don’t forget to file with the IRS. You have been taxed on monies not received. That’s fraud on behalf of the company. They tried to not give me an off cycle check back in the SBC days shortly after they purchased Ameritech and I filed with the IRS. 3 days later my manager handed me a check and tried to verbally abuse me for my complaint. I threatened to call the state AG for retaliation and he walked away.

I have three open payroll tickets, none have been assigned yet to be worked. I wouldn’t recommend escalations since I’ve seen more mistakes when we pressure resources.

If you are bargained, file a grievance with your Local union officer. They will apply the heat to the right orgs. Good Luck.

A lot of employees were off for the Christmas Holiday so they added and saved their PTO in the older pay systems. Unfortunately, when the systems cut over to INFOR on the 17th, saved PTO didn’t flow. You or your Manager had to re-input your PTO in INFOR, if not then you were only paid for Christmas. A lot of people didn’t catch it so the result was little to no pay. I too would wait until I had a confirmed, off cycle check cut or deposited into my account, as others have suggested.

To OP, FILE!! They want to micromanage employees by clocking time to the minute or they will be disciplined. You are Human Capital, the sword cuts both ways, don’t cut the any slack!

I feel so bad for the people who have Manager’s who have failed them. My Manager was sick and on his vacation calling around until he found someone who understood INFOR and all the in’s and out’s… all 22 techs on his team had correct paychecks. The other two Manager’s in our yard had almost half their techs have anywhere from 1 hour missing to whole days.

As my Manager said “if I did not get paid correctly I would sit in my work truck in the yard until I was shown an off cycle paycheck was in the system being sent to me.”

I bet whatever group is handling payroll is pulling their hair out since the failed transistion.

You are more patient than I am. I would tell my manager that I’m sitting by the phone and waiting to hear when they figure it out, I don’t work for free. If nothing happens by next Tuesday, first day back then, file the complaint. Light a fire under them, it’s not acceptable.

If they add both weeks to your next paycheck, be prepared to have more taxes taken out as a result of receiving a month’s pay on 1 check. Beatings will continue until morale improves and don’t forget, it’s always your fault!

Better check your W-4’s in WorkDay because, mine and several others was changed. I had to manual input the information and re-save it. Some reason my previous selections I didn’t flow over. Hoping my W-2 isn’t a mess.
