I think we can all agree on that. Those who are looking to grow their career should look elsewhere, because this is no longer a place that rewards hard work and knowledge but the ability to kiss the right behind. I was so happy when I got my job here, but now I realize I made a huge mistake. Lesson learned for the future, I guess.

ever since they bought att for the name it has been nothing but hiding and avoiding surplus and just saying yes sir.
nothing innovative at att except their creative billing.
AT&T really was a dead end career. I left 6 months ago and I’ve learned more now in 5 months than I did 5 years at AT&T.
I really don’t recommend millennials and younger sticking around. There’s no benefits like what boomers will get. Many other companies treat their employees much better.
No sh$t Sherlock. AT&T can only hope there’s a fool out there filling to purchase the cancerous carcass. .
Then quit if you don't like it. Nobody's making you stay here.
Trying to convince yourself that you really ever did hard work.
I'm very interested to know when AT&T wasn't like this.
The company was doing well prior to purchasing legacy T and taking on the name. The biggest mistake was keeping the fools who ran legacy T into the ground and placing them in leadership positions. They should have been slowly axed within a year after purchase.
T hasn’t been an industry leader in over a decade. All the talent has been gone for a long time.
People so ignorantly in denial about how poorly positioned T is to survive the next 18 months is really unbelievable. It’s one thing to stay positive, but completely another to have your head so far in the sand you can’t hear the clock ticking. T is tragically ill and in short time everyone will hopefully realize the long term prospects that careers here are over. Collect your check and plan your next employment move…..
“ bellyaching, but no substance or specifics. ”
Record layoffs
Record low stock price
Record debt
How about those to start Einstein….
I'm very interested to know when AT&T wasn't like this. It seems like it has always been this way.
This is yet another post with a lot of bellyaching, but no substance or specifics. Who keeps writing this garbage? We hear ya, Chicken Little, the sky is falling. Yawn.
