I never use my real signature, so it isn’t binding anyhow.
Maybe when hired, but I haven't signed one in the 15 years since. Probably depends on your role.

signed many an NDA for various products I have worked on over the years. Now if a more general NDA regarding what you can and can't say publicly about the company, their are state specific laws and in many cases they are unenforceable depending on what info you are sharing.
They could be taking part in a new confidential initiative.
