I am in dental and I've been hearing a lot of chatter that we will be a big part of the next layoff. There were already several people that were laid off last August from dental. Do you know if we are going to be hit hard or if we're going to be sold off?

The dental org is a joke. Unorganized, nobody knows what their doing, high employee turnover. Always passing everything on. Losing membership at a rapid rate. Network is full of cr-p providers. They shouldve sold dental off years ago with G I. Zero benefit to retaining Dental.
Dental does not make money. In fact it loses money and it's not a selling point at all. With CVS saying that they're cutting costs and expenses left and right this year I can assume dental will be out.
Dental is being phased out. Low membership, bad network.
No way to know for certain. Even if you posed the question at a town hall, you would not get a straight answer.
