Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Any BEC’s out there that have received an exception to continue to work in a non-hub?

exceptions will be only for people with very specific, difficult to replace skill and knowledge sets - BECs don't fit that category

OR

if someone (any job fam) is on a MRA/RCSA critical initiative - then they are "safe" until that is done - but after that - they're gone.

It seems crazy they would be willing to cut talent just to start all over again.

Not sure if anyone will be safe. At least I'm not aware of any timeline where they'll stop.

No one is safe. They are actively culling people who are remote.

I know one director who was cut back in late november.

it's not that there is an exception policy they just won't be told anything and not be let go which means business as usual.
