This is my first year at CVS, do you typically get 100% of your bonus or is it more likely over 100%?

Bonus? Clearly this is for higher ups and not the employees working?
I have the same question. It’s my first year with corporate. I don’t know what to expect. Is it possible to get less than 100% of your bonus? Do they tell you what your bonus is before the 3/15 pay day? What about base pay increases? When do they happen? Are they usually good or bad?
28k -30 k last year, this year I think 30k -40k , Lot of money in IT!
Typically, the company is giving out Bonus, then start the layoffs with Severance and unemployment benefits. This way the employee will have few weeks to survive and find a new position elsewhere.
People, just don’t engage. That’s all.
I was at 26k last year. This year not even close to that. I am part of the NLP project. Margins went down 20%. Of course, never budgeted. And my pharmacy had a 90k shrink.
I think poster Why why why is correct. The person who started this thread is appears to be a 1-year newbie wanting to know about their bonus. Not someone who is going through a layoff or has been laid off -or they haven't clarified that in their post, but they look like a brand new employee who hasn't been screwed by CVS yet & are looking forward to their first year bonus. Nothing against them, congrats on the new job, but The website says:

read the missions statement of the site. It's not just layoff news.
The question posed is due to curiosity and a need for financial planning. It isn’t a put down or an attempt to make others feel poorly. Some colleagues did have enough time put into 2023 to earn a bonus even they did not finish out 2023 employed by CVS. I am not one of them, but I do not expect that every question on this board will apply to me nor should we expect it to apply to all laid off workers.
This is a layoff chat board. Why are you asking questions about bonuses? That's pretty inconsiderate and insensitive to those who are being laid off or have been laid off. Or for those who don't even get bonuses.
when do they announce if they are happening or not? or do we have to wait until march 15?
base percentage is always 100 or more. then they put in a performance factor which can range from 60-110%. last year it was ~140%. this multiplied by the grade level percentage which can be 10, 12.5, 15% etc.
They changed the structure for this bonus season and it depends on performance. It’s all about the waiting game now.
okay, so none of these posts have answered the op's question.
I’ve been a manager for quite awhile… my first year the DL said in front of a room of 23 other managers….. **** is the only one of you not getting a bonus. Since then I’ve ranged between $2k-$20k; highest bonus being last year. I’ve also consistently bonused significantly better in a lower volume FS vs higher volume FS as long as the rx performs well.
Depends if your name is Karen Ly--h I would expect 10-20 million. If that’s not your name expect zero, and hopefully you will still be employed 2 months from now.
