Have there been any changes made to severance or is it still the same? I have to ask this after every round because I'm convinced one of these days they're going to slash the separation package drastically without previously informing us or updating the website.

2 weeks is pretty good for every year. I got laid off from UHC and it was closer to 1 week for every year. You also see how little your employer chips in for your health insurance due to paying your own COBRA.
OP- I agree with you that at some point they will slash the severance package. I mean we have to pay for two CEOs at at least 15 million extra this year!
It’s still 2 weeks of severance per year worked.
