Never heard of wellness IT. I’ve heard of clinical and pharmacy IT, but not wellness. Are you under a particular division or leader? Insurance or Centerwell?

Forced separation with severance notified today.
Don't stress. You can't do anything about the decision. If you get notified, try to find something internally. If that doesn't work out, look outside.
Things will be okay so don't stress.
One vendor reached out to a co-worker to check on their current employment status after they heard that nearly 250 I/T staff were let go. How this vendor heard about this is a mystery, but this kind of news does spread like wildfire.
I'm having trouble sleeping from stressing over it.
