Next wave of layoffs

What positions do you think will be affected in next wave ?
Foot soldiers or manager level or leadership level ?

Assume you will be laid off at some point and your life will be much easier. Spend every day until now and that call looking for a way to get out.

Given a long enough timeframe, I’d say you all are targets for RIF. Unless of course you are in EL…..then you are safe.
Know this - Truist sees you as a line item expense. Nothing more.
Kelly is long gone along with your belief that someone at work “cares”.
Growing up is hard….

I was a "ground level" employee in the most recent wave that got hit. Three others on our team got it as well, but I was the only team lead that got the axe.

Has anyone heard of groups having to go back to the drawing board for more cuts after it was thought to be set?

Yeah I think most of the middle management layoffs are done at this point

I'm sure it will be both but more foot soldiers.

Foot soldiers are likely next. They just fot rid of a manager that was just a level up from "foot soldier".
