Thread regarding Verizon Wireless layoffs

B2B

Is a mess. Quotas close to 100 with no promotions. Leadership pounding calls after calls. Terrible car reimbursement policy. Trash network. No support in sales or with Bgco. Everything is outsourced and our customers keep getting incorrect info. On the verge of a mental breakdown

Saw the news on the business write down and figured this board would be firing on all cylinders! I Retired a year ago after 30 yrs, most in B2B, because of the complete lack of support for sales employees & the customers. The Center of Non Excellence couldnt fix an issue if you paid them - oh wait, they did! They still couldn't find the solution if it walked up and bit them in the a$$. The Leadership from the Chef on down to especially the local sales directors are a sad testimony to how the mighty have fallen.

VZ Business has little advantage over other carrier's service, so why pay the high price. Get ready for massive downsize.

B2B and R2B blows co-k. That’s why you have people jumping ship to non commissionable roles in VEC, to basically be marketing reps for 5G home. Do the math.

Not everyone slammed stuff. The ones who did are recognized on calls. Smb slams. B2b has to clean up the messes and customers don’t know what smb even sold them. What we do in b2b is scrutinized so we don’t do that stuff

why is on the phone business support so dam terrible. Like hope you don't run into any problems and have to call in. You're screwed. Honestly though you all did it to yourself with the high quotas. All those slammed BI's, one talks and ghost lines all those years.

Why should you have it any easier then a retail store rep ? Quite frankly y’all have had it too easy for too long. Join the high quota club.
